Went fishing today or not

Went fluke fishing today in raritan bay. Went to a very hot spot. The party boats talked about this area in good ways. A lot of fish
But guess what? Not on keeper not even close. Only caught three throw back fluke. Fishing sucked today ( can I say that?)
Turned out to be a beautiful day. Wind died down. Getting warmer. But no fish. That’s why they call it fishing and not catching maybe next time.
Oh and I forget to tell you. Not one party boat in sight .

Hey Step, the party boats all talked about it - Because they knew that would draw you into a no fish zone Sorry to hear it was not a good day Fluking - I found the bay, around this time of the year, the bigger ones were hard to find, plenty of shorts - I did get some results on the start of the outgoing, in shallower water, water seemed a little warmer, according to my Lowrance - Better luck next time - Again, just me sticking my nose in

You can stick your nose in anytime when you said. The water is cold a kayaker told me that the water is to cold too. I did fish in shallow water but nothing. Next time. The fish will gather for the Joni C. Where did I hear that from? lol
