V20 Fisherman found on eBay

Wonder what it will go for. Does that look like some major cracks to the port side of the front of the console? Maybe something laying on the floor?

Looks like the t top was only attached to the console, now all of the perimeter screws are cracking the console.

Yep. Was going to make the same comment that Phatdaddy just did.. All the perimeter holes will have to be glassed and re drilled. Reinforcing them with a long piece of aluminum angle iron running the length of the console base will help a lot also. Nice "T" top but poor mounting design in my opinion. And I agree with Dizzyspots that the possible cracks on the deck look like twigs and branches to me

Just a word of warning to anyone thinking about buying this boat. Remember that the seller is BoatAngel and they charge an extra $300 to whatever the selling price is for "document" processing. (Which is a rip off if you ask me but that's their rules). So make sure you add that into the purchase price. Still, the tandem trailer and the boat are worth the present price in my opinion. I have a nice Evinrude 175 that I could drop on that boat and turn a quick profit, but if I bring another boat home my wife will kill me. And we all know a happy wife equals a happy life.

I’m curious to see how it shoots up in those last few minutes. Looks like a decent rig. With a decent motor on her it’d get $6-7k around here.

Typically Boatangel sales don't inflate at the very end as much as a regular sale on eBay. (or at least that's been my experience). I'm guessing that the final sale price will be $1500 or lower. Looking at the bidders I see 3 that would concern me if I was bidding on this boat. These are the multi-buyers. They have been around for a while and know how eBay works. They would be the ones I would worry about. I like to snipe so I don't put in any bids until the last 7-8 seconds of a sale. They never know I'm there until it's too late. I find that most bidders will not have enough time to make a counter offer in that amount of time. But the danger is those 3 bidders I mentioned. They will probably have a high bids on auto bid that they will post in the ending minutes, so my bid would have to be higher than theirs. I would probably put in a bid of $2003.99 to top whatever their final bid was and hope that it was enough. :head:
