I am close to re-powering my 265 express.
Assuming all goes forward quickly, my old motors will be for sale.
The new dealer doesn't buy used motors but they will put me in touch with some people they know.
If anyone here is interested in the whole lot and could pick them up in Brick, NJ let me know. We could discuss a very reasonable price then.
I'm not interested in parting-out or shipping anything.
I'm not guaranteeing anything. They are old. Thats why I'm getting new ones.

well running 2000 OX66 225s (SX225txry/LX225txry) with all controls(704 dual binnacle)/cables/Yamaha gauges/oil tanks/manuals/ 19M SS props/and some misc.unused spare parts
I've been running these 2 full seasons plus a few months
I've been to the canyons 8 times and mid-range tuna grounds often.
20 years old, ALOT of hours
recent new repair parts--
Fall 2017- Stator, Voltage regulator, oil tank pump & 2 oil tank filters
2018- water pumps, 1 new trim rod - seals/orings on all trim rods.
2019- another new trim rod/seal , both shift cables, cowling gaskets,
mid-last year in one motor- VST filter, pressure Reg filter screen, 6 cleaned/tested injectors (running awesome since that! I would have done the other motor this spring if I kept them)
of course, regular maintenance was done each spring.
motors were "rebuilt" once by PO years ago.
