trying to post pictures

i have read the post but when i get to paste it says to hit reply and i cant find where to do this also if i get past this will i see the box to post? HELP

Are you looking for the "submit reply" button? That would be down on the bottom of the page (only if you are replying to an existing thread\post). If you are starting a new thread, it would say "Submit New Thread"
