To all my friends, Americans

willy

God
Peace and Prayers to all on this somber day.
God bless the families and those who perished.
God bless our Warriors who have kept us safe.

My wife and I are watching the memorial on TV now and it bring's back memories that we all wish we could forget but it's a memory we need to remember because of the terrible things these men did to our fellow Americans.

It is history but as George Bush said it will never feel like history because it will always seem as it just happened.

Peace and solitude to all the family's of the Americans that perished that day.

10 years ago, I was out on disability for a hernia operation. Sitting on the couch with my 1 year old grandson sleeping beside me. I couldn't help but be overcome with emotions and also wondering what kind of world my grandson would be growing up in. Because at that moment, the world just changed dramatically.
10 years forward to present day, I'm home on another disability sitting on the couch with my 11 year old grandson. Still wondering what kind of world he will be growing up in. Everything has changed, and not for the better I hate to say. Lost freedoms, missed opportunities, economic decline. He has been robbed of so many things at the young age of 11.
We said a prayer for the lives lost as well as the survivors and families who's lives were torn apart that day.

We are not done by a long shot my friend, Nov 2012 we make some changes
And give your grandson and my kids and everyone else a strong heritage.
The people of this country are to strong to fold, some have just lost their way.
Bring our troops home, build our economy, follow the Constitution and we will be just fine.

I was never able to serve in the military, police, or fire depts. But this day does especially hit hard because first and foremost it happened to and in THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, secondly my work family was hit especially hard on this day, 20 year veteran for AMERICAN AIRLINES

As most of you guys know, I lost family on this day. My family will spend the day remembering him, praying and crying. Many sad feelings abound today, but mixed in with them is a feeling of hope, a feeling of rebuilding. Like WIlly said so elequently, Nov 2012, God willing, we will make some changes and start steering this Country back on the Constitutional path that guided it so successfully for so long. God bless the victims of 9/11, bless their family members, and bless our Country. In God we trust.

I am haunted everyear on this day. Today is my birthday and there hasnt been any celebrating for 10 years since it happened. Truelly a sad day, may god bless everyone effected by this tragedy.

Happy Birthday Kracker J. Although it's a sad day in some respects, remember that it's also a day for gladness and partying. You now have an entire new year ahead of you. Spend it well my friend.. spend some on family, some on friends, some with God, and don't forget to reserve a little bit of it for yourself. Happy Birthday!!!:clap::clap:
