I'm curious what length of throttle cable I need. Also, from what I can gather quickly the only difference in the cables is the length, not anything beefier for a larger motor. Is this correct? It's for a 1983 johnson 150. Thanks guys.
Were headed to the water for the initial sea trial and realized before we got off of the trailer that the shift cable seemed to be working, but no throttle either way.
Also, Is there anything else I need to check since the throttle is not working right. I know that I can move the piece attached to the carborator and it opens up smoothly so the drag is either on the arm attached to it or the cable. Def. gonna replace cable first. thanks again. Craigan.
