the king Obama will speak today decreeing new laws thru EO, bypassing the constitution and congress. I understand he will have children on stage with him today, I guess he's worried about some one taking him out, he's using Sadam's idea of shielding himself with children. I hear a flushing sound, its this country going down the toilet, with the constitution being used as toilet paper.
 
And he's going to be in violation of the Constitution by creating new laws through EO. He cannot do that! Of course I know that won't stop him anyways, but if no one opposes him, there's not much we can do. We should fire all that go along with his EO regarding this matter.
They seem to forget that they WORK FOR US!!!!!!!
 
Like a bunch of idiots, the repubs kept their mouth shut except for a few when he used it to grant amnesty to illegal aliens. They did that for themselves of course with him doing it during the election cycle.
Now he feels emboldened to do whatever he wants because the propaganda press is with him on this too. A strong speaker of the house like a Gingrich would eat him a new ***. But alas look we have there now.
So it is time for the republican party to put forward a leader who will challenge this. We will see.
If it does not I believe it will be the end of the republican party as a new party will be started, a third party.
And it about freakin time.
Except for those newer Tea Party congressmen and senators the republican party is the opposite side of the same coin.
I believe you will see individual governor's and states be the leading voice against a tyrant and one of those governors is going to be our next president.
I also believe mass ignoring of any new edicts from on high from the states and the people is going to start a boiling pot.
I hope the obamination is sitting right in the middle of that pot.
 
I wonder if there are armed securty guards at the school his kids attend.And if there are what makes his kids any diffrent than any one of ours

The Dems are gonna blame the Rep. party for not automatically allowing the debt ceiling to be raised. The Dems are using the fear-mongering technique to scare the people into believing that Social Security and our Armed Forces would not get a check unless the debt ceiling is raised. Which is complete and total BS. It isn't up to Congress as to who gets paid what and when it is up to the Treasury. I say if one person expecting a check doesn't get it to he// with Congress, you just proved over and over you can't handle our money.
ON MY PLAN, the first unfunded group shall be Congress. Nobody in Congress shall receive a check, second all former members of Congress shall be without their check, third none of the white collar health care benefits shall be funded for sitting Congress or the former, you see where I am going.. In fact it has been suggested that Congress should be paid from the same fund as Social Security, that would be a motivation to fix SS forever.. In other words, the folks that paid their money into the system would get their check right off the top including all military personnel. Any shortage would be felt by those that created the FN problem. If any member of Congress has a problem with that I say we could afford them the same benefits package I get when I retire, (ZERO for those that want to crunch a number) or better yet I have a nice roll of tripple braid and a book on knots. If we hung them from the rafters in the mall I suspect they would be more motivated toward solving the problems and do what is right for America by using the roadmap they have before them. History, roadmap, common-sense, maybe a little logic.
Neither side has a clue as to what another downgrade of America's credit will mean. They know the game of in-fighting and posturing real well.
Thankfully, they kicked the can down the road again by reinstating the Bush Tax Cuts. Without the Tax Cuts, everyone from the EIC recipient to the multi-millionaire would have had to pay more in taxes. A fact that seemed lost in the rhetoric. If I could send a Your Welcome letter to President Obama I would. You and Congress are welcome for my allowing you to use me and my future income as a pawn in your game of chess, so you could hang a disproportionately higher tax rate on someone making more than $200,000. You really did me a favor there. Spend spend,spend..

1. Issue a Presidential Memorandum to require federal agencies to make relevant data available to the federal background check system.

2. Address unnecessary legal barriers, particularly relating to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, that may prevent states from making information available to the background check system.

3. Improve incentives for states to share information with the background check system.

4. Direct the Attorney General to review categories of individuals prohibited from having a gun to make sure dangerous people are not slipping through the cracks.

5. Propose rulemaking to give law enforcement the ability to run a full background check on an individual before returning a seized gun.

6. Publish a letter from ATF to federally licensed gun dealers providing guidance on how to run background checks for private sellers.

7. Launch a national safe and responsible gun ownership campaign.

8. Review safety standards for gun locks and gun safes (Consumer Product Safety Commission).

9. Issue a Presidential Memorandum to require federal law enforcement to trace guns recovered in criminal investigations.

10. Release a DOJ report analyzing information on lost and stolen guns and make it widely available to law enforcement.

11. Nominate an ATF director.

12. Provide law enforcement, first responders, and school officials with proper training for active shooter situations.

13. Maximize enforcement efforts to prevent gun violence and prosecute gun crime.

14. Issue a Presidential Memorandum directing the Centers for Disease Control to research the causes and prevention of gun violence.

15. Direct the Attorney General to issue a report on the availability and most effective use of new gun safety technologies and challenge the private sector to develop innovative technologies.

16. Clarify that the Affordable Care Act does not prohibit doctors asking their patients about guns in their homes.

17. Release a letter to health care providers clarifying that no federal law prohibits them from reporting threats of violence to law enforcement authorities.

18. Provide incentives for schools to hire school resource officers.
19. Develop model emergency response plans for schools, houses of worship and institutions of higher education.

20. Release a letter to state health officials clarifying the scope of mental health services that Medicaid plans must cover.

21. Finalize regulations clarifying essential health benefits and parity requirements within ACA exchanges.

22. Commit to finalizing mental health parity regulations.

23. Launch a national dialogue led by Secretaries Sebelius and Duncan on mental health.

as far as i can tell about 17 of those are allready in action, several seem like a way to funnel money to new appointees, and one or two scare me. I didn't see anything about restricting magazines or assault weapons in any of those, but as we all know, the details are what gets you

GET MILITARY-STYLE ASSAULT WEAPONS AND HIGH-CAPACITY MAGAZINES OFF THE STREETS: A 2010 survey by the Police Executive Research Forum found that more than one-third of police departments reported an increase in criminals’ use of assault weapons and high-capacity magazines since the prohibition on high-capacity magazines and assault weapons expired in 2004. To protect law enforcement and enhance public safety, we must redouble our efforts to:
Reinstate and strengthen the ban on assault weapons: The shooters in Aurora and Newtown used the type of semiautomatic rifles that were the target of the assault weapons ban that was in place from 1994 to 2004. That ban was an important step, but manufacturers were able to circumvent the prohibition with cosmetic modifications to their weapons. Congress must reinstate and strengthen the prohibition on assault weapons.
Limit ammunition magazines to 10 rounds: The case for prohibiting high-capacity magazines has been proven over and over; the shooters at Virginia Tech, Tucson, Aurora, Oak Creek, and Newtown all used magazines holding more than 10 rounds, which would have been prohibited under the 1994 law. These magazines enable any semiautomatic weapon to be used as an instrument of mass violence, yet they are once again legal and now come standard with many handguns and rifles. Congress needs to reinstate the prohibition on magazines holding more than 10 rounds.
Finish the job of getting armor-piercing bullets off the streets: It is already illegal to manufacture and import armor-piercing ammunition except for military or law enforcement use. But it is generally still not illegal to possess or transfer this dangerous ammunition. Congress should finish the job of protecting law enforcement and the public by banning the possession of armor-piercing ammunition by, and its transfer to, anyone other than the military and law enforcement.
 
That's coming, he is going to let Comrade Feinsteins Bill go through first, if it does not get what he wants then he will violate the Constitution, plus thos are broad guidelines he listed, each individual one will have many pages attached.
