its best to store your tank close to empty, I've been preaching that for years. Its funny how people refuse to do that. Every one is scared of condinsation in their tanks, even people with plastic tanks. It really confounds me that my custmers will go by $50 worth of chemicals after teh fact to treat their fuel, but complain when it cost t hem $250 t rebuild the carbs because they treated the fuel after the boat sat up all winter. I'll stick with what I know works. I use stabill to treat fuel before storage, use ring free/carbon guard to decarb motors, I have used seafaom as well. I just started using amsoils new fuel treatment, its designed as a after the fact treratment, we'll see how it works
