Metal Rescue?...Anybody Tried This?

No but I HAVE used this and it is nothing short of AWESOME.... First time I used it I has a bendix from a jetski that was rusted solid.... I put it in a glass jar and filled with evaporust and left it for a week..... Pulled it out and there was no rust at all and it now worked perfectly... just had a black haze on it that washed away easily.... cleaned it up w brake parts cleaner... greased it and installed it... been on the jetski for two seasons now with no issues.... Also found an old wrench rusted all to heck... put it in for a week and pulled it out looking like new except for the pitted areas since the product can't replace lost metal... best part was the wrench was a snap-on tho there was NO WAY I could have known that before.
