I bought my 86 last year right before we got hammered by 3 hurricanes and spent alot more time working on the house than playing on the boats (had a 1997 24' Sea Ray Laguna until two wks ago).  We just spent a beautiful week in Steinhatchee, Fl. and the boat was out everyday.  We traveled over 125 miles and the 86 150 Merc was outstanding.  With the four blade stainless 17" pitch she turned 5500 rpm and didn't miss a beat, however the Navman fuel system let me know how much fuel I was burning.  This boat is perfect for us.  Our first steplift was an 85 and we forgot how much space is in these boats.

Welcome back to the fold, Seacrets...didja make it down around Cedar Key while over in that neck of the woods?...hear that's a beautiful place w/ lotta good fishin'... ;D 8)...

I'd like to get down there...it's not too far from where we go...but what I REALLY wanna do is go this fall and chase sails w/Franco!!!

What a mental visual THAT is...THREE V20s strollin' along...WOW...gonna have to bring the video cam... 8)...already sound like a TOURISTA... ::)...

When we gonna pull off this clam-bake?... 8)...what's optimal season on those sails down there??...

Sounds great, that Navman fuel deal is the heat! very handy... makes the fuel gauge a door stop.

Do I detect the "1st Annual Post-Thanksgiving V20 Sailfish Tournament" in the making here?...Man, would that be cool or what!!!... 8)...a whole FLEET of V20s strollin' around, hookin' up SAILS!!...yeah, I could do that... :) :D ;D...

Seacrets...can YOU do that?...I'd have a LONG haul, but a little advance work should make it doable... ;)...

Franco, 1st weekend in Dec (3&4) look like good target date for this shin-dig...

Hey...last nite of the tournament: case of COLD beer to the winner of the "1st Anal Show Us Your Norton Snaggers" contest... :o ;D :o ;D :o
