Maiden voyage of the NO NAME (yet)

Well boys, she is a great boat and a great motor.  My son and I along with a buddy in his boat (just in case we broke down) took the V out for a 2 hour cruise today.  My son has been out of school all week with a fever, luckily it broke today so we both could go.

I now have complete confidence that the motor is rid of any overheating problems.  I ran it for 2 hours at all speeds and it performed flawlessly.

I would not hesitate to take the family offshore with this motor.

I made a video of the trip also, I'll have to figure out how to get that on here.

We went to Tuckertown Res.  The water, as you can see, was very muddy.

I think this might be Fishbone Jr's place.

Excellent Job. A man who brings his camera. Pictures are great. The boat looks great. You should have alot of happy times with the V Randleman. ;D

Looks great RM!! Congrats! I knew I should have bid on that one! LOL! ;D ;D

BTW how does the Pilot pull her? I am wondering how my wife's MDX will pull a V since I sold my truck and have a car currently.

Thanks!

Thanks REEL.  I am very proud of my kids.  God has blessed me much more than I deserve.

I will be switching soon, I already have the Johnson off of the Starcraft. Kinda want to wait til I sell the Merc to take it off, I know people like to test run things before buying.

Here are the hatch latches.  the starboard one needs replacing, but it still works.

Actually, RB, I's referrin' to when the lids are OPEN...if they swing all the way over on the cleats is when there's a problem ;) ...
