"Up and hard right" - Good to see you posting. Hope you have been well. What year you talking about? The older hulls are 3 pieces, newer hulls are 2 pieces best I can tell, no experience pulling the liner on the cuddy although I did pull it on my center. For the two piece variety(hull and single piece liner), Lots of screws under the rubrail that is attached with lots more screws. Then the caulk between the liner and hull needs to be cut/seperated, much if not all of the rigging removed including the motor, floor/fuel tank hatches depending on model year. Then you may gain limited access to the stringers, if it is like my 83 center the liner is bonded to the top of the stringers with some sort of bonding putty which actually glues the floor to the top of the stringers. Fuel fill and vent hoses need to be removed then hoist away. Wedges can be driven inbetween the liner floor and top of the stringers to help aid in the release.
If it is the three piece variety ( two piece liner plus hull) I have yet to figure that out. There is a 74 model sitting in the yard and I have looked it over yet I still don't know how it comes apart, it does not appear that the inner sides and floor are joined with the gunnels. ???
