So, I've been preoccupied for a while, I haven't been around in a bit. Long story short, my wife of 25 years has decided she doesn't love me any more and wants a divorce, two weeks later, i find out she's been having an affair with a co worker that was a friend of mine( f him). So here I am, I had a couple of really bad months, dug myself out of a hole and doing much better now. Busy as all get out with work. I'm going to try and close my business down this fall and move back to NC. Both my daughters are over 18, my oldest just graduated with her masters in Social Work from Winthrop University, my youngest's is a rising sophomore at the same place. So lots of changes with me, moved out of the house and living on Goose Creek reservoir, two boats tide up on the sea wall and I haven't had time to even fish my back yard. Breaking news last week, my soon to be ex, was just diagnosed with a reoccurrence of her previous cancer. SO we will see what's in store for me next.
 
Sorry to hear that ,Spare. The bright spot of all of that news is the how your girls are doing.

Noticed you had been off site, was concerned they were having health issues.

I'm really sorry to hear about your situation. Almost happened to me a few years back. You've always been here for all of us, and we appreciate everything! Glad you and your girls are ok. If we can help, we're here. Hang in there buddy!

HOLY CRAP!!!! Insane! I’m sorry to hear. Glad the girls are doing well. I don’t know how I feel about her being diagnosed with cancer.
Just be strong, brother. You will get through this. I’m sorry to hear this.
 
Spare I'm very sorry to hear about you going thru a divorce but what I can tell you is that it's going to get better
I have a friend who was married for 30 years and his wife left him , he was devistated but today he is doing great so time will heal you. Hang in there my friend. Better days are coming
You will be ok .
 
Doing much better now, I've got a plan of sorts, need to finish off the next 8 months and get this behind me. Will most likely move back to NC
