and need springtime very soon! :cen: I've had enough already.
This pile was higher, but we had a lot of rain on Wednesday and some melting. Another good sized storm predicted for the upcoming week! :cen::cen::cen:

I'm with you on that Chum.....Long Island is a frozen white wasteland. AND....fed ex lost my new snowthrower in transit....pinheads....

Oh yea I'm sure it was "lost". Somebody between the shipper and you got themselves a nice new snow blower.
 
Bob I understand, until the rain the past two days nocked it down some we had two and a half feet piled up, looks just like yours.
Maybe you need a Charlestown break, like me.

You guys just HAD to pick the flood season to go south.... We could have done it in the summer when it's nice and dry but NOOooooooooOOoooooo "Lets go when it's cold and wet".... <sigh> Maniacs all.....

RW, don't jinks me.....now you've got me wondering.....it seems unlikely to "misplace" a bulky 200lb. snowthrower.....it's not like it's a wristwatch. I've tried calling their frieght shipping department within the last 24hrs., They're closed.....What is perhaps the largest shipping company in the world and they don't keep weekend hours?????? PINHEADS. I'll know more by Monday [or so I've been told]

actually this friday I rode it down to wareham to get it "fixed up". The icy driveway was tricky...but it felt really good to get out, although my eyes were peeled to the road for ice...

This is best we could do down here in Upstate SC...7-9"...a mere dusting compared to yours...

I am like CB and had enough!! I lost my camera some place??:bat::cen: But my back yard is a Ice skating ring!! I want a melt down BAD!!
And for some stupid reason I took my wife to Syracuse NY last week for are 30 year anniversary, snows there every day!!!!!!!!!
 
I wish I could see snow like that just ONCE. :hide:


My two little girls were outside with a bowl trying to catch some sleet when it was falling for about 10 minutes last week. Poor things. :head:
