I know I have been quiet as of late, but the dialysis has been kicking my butt. It was starting to look good last week, but then firday came when i left there got home it was like all my life was drained? I mean I had all I could do to stnd let alone walk. The whole weekend was a nightmare, monday they i let them know i was starved for strenth and dizzy, they stated that they know i have been dehydrated buti should not have been that bad that fast? i thought it was my blood count but they tested it and said its fine? they have gave me more fluid the last two times, and i feel a little better but no were near what i should?
All this snowis not helping much!! Thank god my son works for a landscaping co. and got my drive way plowed for free! Now if he knew were to get free oil from!
All this and I am still stealing internet from the people next door.
I have been speaking with Social Security trying to get my disabilty, but that other house is still screwing me up. bank said they would take it volentery if i tried selling it, but everyone wants cash to try, so bank says not till i send them copy of listing, i said just take it i have not paided in a year and i am not going to. never thought i would fight to get them to take, there is more to the story but to long to type it out.
just checking in late guys!1

You are no doubt having a tough time MJ, I hope things settle down and get better for you. Stay tough my friend

Sorry to hear about your troubles MJ. Will your oil furnace take waste veggie oil? Might be a low cost/no cost option.

How big is your oil tank, and what's the price of oil?

Because of the jets, most oil furnaces will not properly burn anything but home heating oil or number 2 diesel. However, there are units on the market that will burn just about anything. But, like everything else, they are expensive.

Depending on the type of oil you buy, and the quantity, oil in the northeast right now is going for anywhere between $3.65 to $3.92 a gal. You might be able to find a lower price, especially if you have a monthly payment plan with a dealer, but it's still in the $3.40+ a gallon range.

sorry to hear about your helth and oil problems . hang in there MJ we are all pulling for you. This foul weather has got to end soon

Thanks guys! Yea oil here is a kerosine blend as the tank is outside and will freeze, when I got the 100 gal from the church it wad $4.21 a gal
Thats just about gone now and this dam weather is not getting any better, was 2* this morning and said about the same tomorrow. The truck stop desiel is like $3.80 and it looks like thats what we will have to do again, I just don't have anything else to sell.
O well I hope all you guys are doing well and keeping warm waitting for fishing time! They say 40 days till spring!!!

They say you can cut the diesel with half waste motor oil, but you have to add 8 onces of acetone for every gallon of waste oil to make it burn cleanly. Never tried it, but you might be able to get some waste oil for free, just filter it good with some old rags through a funnel.

Hang on Joe!
Hopefully this darn weather will break.

I'm burning through wood at our place like a locomotive.

Hope you feel better soon.
