Learn to trully forgive.
Learn to understand, and accept, that everyones actions are most of the time "the best they can do".
Read the book, " One Minute Manager " and be like that.
Read the book, " Who moved my cheese " and live by that.
Learn the spiritual value of giving, and start doing it.
Accept, that not everyone can be your friend, or can be helped, there are lost causes.
Eat well.
Find, make time for your best friend, yourself.
Look at the mirror, practice a good smile, and keep smiling forever.
Talk, talk, talk, don`t keep ANYTHING to yourself.
Embrace, hug, kiss, pat, joke and listen to your kids if you have, every time you get a chance.
This are things that I once forgot how to do, and ended up very close to " jumping from a clift", luckily, a lot of people helped me relearn all this.
But the number one rule to be happy, never forget the past, so you can avoid making the same mistakes, and never forget those who helped you and do the same for others, thats why I write this lines....
Thank you guys here at V20 Forum too.
