Thanks for the compliment Oz, yea they make a decent boat and I am happy so far, lousy weather the past couple of oppotunity's to get out. But I have made some nice improvements on her, seating storage electronics rod holders etc. I am all rigged now can fish anywhere for just about anything.
I rode those boats you see in those pics, the modified V they call them, great for shallow water fishing etc but slam the bejeezus out of you in a chop. I went with the deep V, rides like a dream and dry plus it only draws 8 inches so no sweat for any of my fishing.
 
I had somin simular back in the 70's called an owashata. I
had it painted like the american flag, bow was blue with painted on white stars and the rest of the boat was red and white stripes ..... people use to salute me as they were driving by....... this was my anti jane fonda days that b!t@h..... ;D
oh and it had a 20 hp merc .... I wish I had some pics of that boat >:(

Yea Lumber I have had all counted 6 tin boats of various vintages and loved them all. But none rode like this one, even the 17.5 footer! Just more solid with the double hull and welded and riveted set up.
I get a lot of positive comments on the mossy oak paint job too. Just got to pay attention to where I park it, tough to find otherwise ;D

I figure I might draw unwarranted attention with a big 50 so I will just use my Glock 45 instead, easier to carry you know for when the pirates come around, he he he he
