Hammers garage

Slowly getting the garage done. Busted out the roof in about 5 hours. 6 1/2 square. Rapped all the wood, and set the j-channel. The siding is on order.

Rear garage door opening. I love the metal work. Came out nice and smooth, no ripples.

9 1/2 ft. high ceiling. Plenty of room for a future boat I hope.

Front of garage. Like I said, siding is ordered, but I'm now broke. Doors are costing me $2800 bucks, that I dont have. Looks like a summer project. Also going to wire, insulate and drywall. May add in a window or two as well.

Forget all the shipwreck artifacts and boat parts, Chum just reminded me about the SWING.
Great idea. Thanks CHUM.
Pics, to follow. LOL. : )

Looks good. I built one last year which was 28x24 with a 12 pitch roof to give me a nice room up stares. I paid these funny talking guys $600 to lay the shingles and that was money well spent. They had it knocked out in 5 hours on a day that was 90 dgrees or a little hotter.
