Got to go.

Got up this morning and thought the stars had fell into alignment. Momma gave me the clearance to go fishing, got up at 5:00 and it wasn't that cold, clear skies, and no wind. So off we went. Made it on the water around 7:30, and headed out. Made it out there and the fog and overcast started moving in. We only got about 30 minutes of sunshine this morning, then it went dark on us. Mr weatherman said we were good until 6 or so for rain, so of course around 11:30 it starts drizzling. Around 12:30 it picks up to full on rain, and the temp dropped 15 degrees instantly. So the cold front made it in 6 hours ahead of schedule. We decided it was one thing to be cold, one thing to be wet, but we weren't doing cold and wet, and high tailed it in. Ended up with 4 trout total(all small ones, but legal is legal), and at least got to go out for a little while.

When I grow up I want to be a weatherman, what other job can you do and be COMPLETELY wrong at, and still make big bucks.

I hear ya at least you got out!!

Glad you got to go fishing.

My brother in law is a meteorologist with the NWS, I can't remember how many times I have asked him if it was going to rain, he would look at the sky and answer, "it might".
