Good morning

Good Morning fellas! Hope everybody is doing well! My family is staying in Spruce pine up in western North Carolina this week. It was a seven hour ride to get up here, Whew! The road is so curvy up to the cabin it about makes you dizzy driving. It's really pretty up here. They're still recovering from hurricane Helene that hit last year. Alot of roads were washed out but have been repaired. Great views and really nice folks here. It's my granddaughters 13th birthday today ( Lilly).
 
Goooooood mornin' to all! Happy birthday to your grand daughter Cfelton. I got a good visual from your post, now thinking about being in a remote cabin far far away from civilization. LOL Similar with Spare and G's pics, but they didn't even need to use many words to tell the story. Have a great day guys.
 
Thanks Blue, it is really nice up here. Its so peaceful and quiet here. The air is so crisp and clean. If you've never been up here you really need to take a trip up here.We saw some of the destruction from Helene first hand yesterday. There's lots of businesses still closed but this community is very strong and they're coming back. There's still piles of rubble in spots, but its still a beautiful place. We watched some videos of this area last night and its hard to believe how bad it was. It will take years to build this place back. Talked to a lot of people that lost whole family's and everything their family had for over a hundred years. I couldn't imagine what they went through. Hope everybody has a great day and be thankful for what you have!
