Awesome video. Tubing off of what appears to be HIGH END real estate. And not another boat in sight! Not even a ripple from another boat.
 
for those of you who didn't recognize the guy on the tube, that was mufsali, prince of Dubai. the boat was being operated by the king of Jordan and the spotter was the queen of England, there on holiday.
