Well guys it's complete tractor wise, the deck will be next but the mower deck works so till the use it, here's pics today after a little mowing then cleaned and took finally finished pictures before i really mess it up lol, still need the foot rest traction pads.

all of these we own have hydraulic lift

it's a 1974 model 816 with twin opposed 16.5 hp Onan

here's my 1974 model 816S

it has a single cylinder 16 hp Briggs

here's the deck for the 816S

here's Dad's old 1973 model 812 with single cylinder 12 hp Kolher

next Gravely to be rebuilt

I found myself a JD for short money. No garden work. Strictly a lawn machine. Seems to be up to the task and saves me a lot of time and work.
