Drug Testing

This was sent to me this AM. I couldn't agree more.

Like a lot of folks in this country...I have a job. I work, they pay me.
I pay my taxes and the government distributes my taxes as it sees fit.
In order to get that paycheck, I am required to pass a random urine test, with which I have no problem.
What I do have a problem with is the distribution of my taxes to people who don't have to pass a urine test.
Shouldn't one have to pass a urine test to get a welfare check because I have to pass one to earn it for them?
Please understand I have no problem with helping people get back on their feet.
I do on the other hand have a problem with helping someone sitting on their butt and using drugs.
Could you imagine how much money the state would save if people had to pass a urine test to get a public assistance check?

Thank god I didn't open this can of worms.

Why after 3 children is it not required to be steralized to be able to continue to recieve your monthly check or coupons for said multiplication (seems cheaper in the long run).

I don't understand why da baby daddy is allowed to reside at the same state funded home as the "mother and child" when no financial support is given on his part.

You can't drug test those people,
think of the bigger tail spin our economy would go into.

Who would by all the new Cadilacs and al the gold bling?

Aw come on tsubaki!....The entire local economy (well, 60% of it anyway) of Savannah would collapse if we did that!

I know, I know.
Please forgive me for acting like a mean spirited republican, which in fact I am a willing participant in the social system who will most likely not ever benifit from it and continue to pay willingly just so those less fortunate than me can at least survive and reproduce.
Oh we just payed off our 22 year old daughter a couple of years ago.
The birth of our first and only child was very much worth it (couldn't afford the maternaty insurance then),(oh and didn't qualify for said benifits).
