I now this is not maybe the right forum to ask this crasy question, the thing is that i cant find any information on the web for a boat called Traveler Neptune???

If somewone knowes anything about this boat i would be very happy for that information.

There is a boat fore sale here in Sweden (beliwe it´s the only one here in Sweden?) but the owner doesent now very much, he bought this boat from a boat-museum many years ago...

The owner says that this boat is from Canada and he beliwes it is from -70-73??

This particular boat has an old Volvo Penta 4-cylinder inboard engine, 130hp (very common engine here in Sweden), but im sure it would be better with an chevy or ford v8?

I dont know how to send a picture but here´s the boat im talking about: http://www.blocket.se/vi/9916762.htm?ca=11_s

This was the only thing i found on the web;

In october the were an V20 for sale here in Sweden (the only one?), but another guy bought this boat 1hour before me... Anyway it was then i found this fantastic forum! :)

I hope someone could help me with information, i promise that i will buy a V20 when i find one here in Sweden fore sale...

Best regards

Looks like a mix between a V-20 and a Penn Yan.
Did "Fishbone" move to Sweden.  ;D

Penn Yan or old Grady.

That is a really nice boat,
I like the add were it says you can camp in the boat.
I wonder if the tent attachment is still available?

Reckon the bilge fume exhausts are outside the tent enclosure...certainly they wouldn't...not even back then... :) ...

Swede,

If someone knows about it, they are sure to be on this site.

How much is the boat in US $?

And don't worry about the spelling, yours is much better than MJ's.

The price in us dollar would be about 6000, the dollar is pretty low for us here in Sweden right now- 7sek for 1dollar, it used to be 10sek for 1dollar. I guess i could buy the boat for 5500 or 4700 dollar if the seller keeps the trailer.

Here in Sweden i think the price is low, you could say that this is a boat is a "rare bird" here and thats maybe why the seller dont find a buyer and of course that the engine is leeking oil doesn´t help... But i have an engine in my garage.. ;)

But, if im buying the boat i should replace the original engine with an mercruiser V8, now the top speed is just over 20mph...

Today i drive an Ski Nautique-95 with a ford 351 GT-40 310 EFI , this one i gone sell in a couple of months. It´s to low hull on this and it´s sometimes pretty big wawes were i live...

I also have another boat (23 feet, deep v-hull) built here in Sweden with an Chevy 327cui "Uptaken" to 333cui - a little bit over 300hp and topspeed 60mph.

When the dollar is cheap maybe i should buy a V-20 from the states...

Thanks everybody for reading my school-english..

Hey Swede welcome to the site:  That V-20 walk thru is still available here in Camden since Randleman passed on it. It's here on the site with pics. I think its on the for sale section here. It's under the below section in For Sale.

What do yall think bout this one?
