Caveman Aged Porterhouse Steaks

I want to try some cowboy steaks one day(large bone in ribeyes). Seen them one night on BBQ pitmasters and they looked AWESOME! For potatos, see if you can find some Yukon golds. They tend to be on the bigger side, but are very sweet and need very little seasoning compared to regular russet potatos.
 
Damn that took balls throwing easily $60+ worth of meat right on the coals. You know the only reason cavemen threw their food right on the coals was because they hadn't invented grills yet..:laugh:

Looks good though... I'll be calling you for smoking lessons soon. I still have to act surprised tomorrow.
