battery charger?

I have a Shure charger I like a lot. It has a 75 amp boost setting if you need to get a vehicle started quickly without waiting for a trickle charger to get the power up.

IMO, stay away from the "Victor" brand. I had one of those smart/automatic charger and it burned out after a few days of use. I exchanged it and the second one burned out but I did get some use out of it.

If you're talking about the permanently installed onboard type chargers, I've had excellent performance from the two guest chargers in my boat...one is a 2620 10 amp per leg that keeps the two trolling motor batteries hot...and the 2611 5 amp per leg that charge the cranking and auxilary bateries...just plug 'em in and FORGET 'em til time to use boat...goin' on 10 years and FLAWLESS...

I have a MINN-KOT 10 amp fully automatic that I bought at ADVANCE auto for about $60 a few years back. Turn it on and forget about it, or you can set it to manual for when you need to desulfate maintence type batteries.

Sweet.. is it an onboard or a portable? Was kinda lookin for a portable, but after the responses for onboard i'm torn now...

If you like the portable type, this is last one I've had for a long while.
2/10 amp fully automatic.

Look through their site, this one is about as close as I can find to the older one I have. There are several others lower priced that might do what you want.
