ok well the paint has peeled of the top i intend to paiont it in 2 pack ill check the ratio when i get the bottom end out well im quite sure it has the wrong ratio in it cause when i gave it a run at wot it was only 3800rpm ill check my old post i think i posted it thanks fermYour gonna have to look it over as the upper should have the gear ratio stamped on it somewhere I believe(spare will know better than me on this one though). They make a good quality product for a fraction of the OEM units. Only complaints I have heard of have been a few with gear noise due to improper break in, and some paint issues(the paint problem was only on the early ones).

one of the stickers is missing og the leg so ill have to count the teeth on the drive any one no what these legs are like for strength and hp rating
thanks thats all i needed to no now ill work out the ratio laterThe sterndrive engineering outdrives are as good as the OEM, so your good to a 300HP small block with it. HP isn't the killer of them though, torque is. I seriously doubt that a 3.7L can make enough torque to hurt one.
