Ok. I’ve tried Everything. Got in there with a bore scope and saw what the issue was. They cross drilled through the stringer and there’s just no way in hell I’m gonna get that fuel line through that hole. So I’m gonna run the line along the stringer and come out under the transom well. I’m gonna use a bulkhead fitting to come up into the splash well. I’m gonna put 6-10 inches of line, then the bulb and another length of line. There’s already a bulkhead fitting on the wall of the splash well from where they plumbed the kicker. I’ll go into the fitting and come back into the battery well and run the line right back into the filter. Then I’ll swap out the small filter cartridge under the cowl and then we take her for a spin.
If we still have the issues, I’ll replace the filter to motor piece of fuel line. I guess if that still doesn’t fix the problem I’ll try the low pressure fuel pumps under the cowl. If that doesn’t work…… well then, I’m done.
After that, I’m gonna get in my car, drive down to monkey’s a$$ South Carolina and kidnap a pirate goes by the name of Spare parts. Drive his a$$ back up to Long Island. After showing him what real pizza is like… I’ll have him get to work.
