96 V21 in Maryland

I hope your wrong for whoever buys it. It won't be me.

Here's the only reason I say that...all those transoms were built just like the other ones...just like yours...w/that damn trim strip around the edge...and sooner or later, if left unattended, water gonna get in there...much like they did on all the V20s...let's face it, it's just not going to hold up over time...a '94 is 20 yrs old, and unless garage kept or at least cover religiously when not being used...well, you catch my drift I'm sure...

Well starting now to put floor in it , the back was soft no plywood left at all, new fuel sender, new gauges in dash, and thinkin about putting hydraulic steering on it but not quite sure yet. Need to rewire trailer and redo brakes as well. Kinda alot but it rode so good when i test drove it, had a 2ft chop and it rode like a cady, so figure i would put a few bucks in her. Transom is rick solid but have to check all the rest.

The transom well on the V21 is interesting.

I believe one of us ...... maybe Destroyer rebuilt one, not sure.

Best of luck with your new rig. It rides even better with trim tabs, getting the cutting edge of bow down to cut through chop.

Yea seen destroyers post on how he redid his pretty much doing the same thing no big hurry want it right. Has a mean 200 johnson looper on the back was wondering if people troll with them or typically use a kicker. First bigger boat i have had so its all new to me
