$28,000 V18, No Trailer

It also seems to be missing the right rear lid to the livewell.

It's nice to know there are still optimists left in this world.

I like how the radio fits. Shows the quality of the work he did on the boat.

X2 I'm really impressed on how well the bezel is square with the mounting. Real high quality work there. (I'll also point out that the radio looks like a normal radio, not marine grade. If so then it will only last (at most) a few seasons in the wet environment of a boat).

Anyone buying that boat at that price is bearing witness to the old saying that "there's a sucker born every minute"

$20,500 is List Price for the engine brand new, with fit up, gauges, etc. $13,000 for the engine brand new shipped to you from Lucky Dog Marina in Sarasota, Fl. So that means he's looking to get a minimum of $7500 for the rest of it. (Without a trailer). A nice tidy profit I'd say. But that engine has 50 hours on it, so it's NOT a new engine by any standard. It's still worth a lot of money, but certainly not brand new prices. I'd personally think that boat, engine AND trailer should be around $10,000 to $15,000 max. IMHO. Maybe less. (I'm too lazy to look up the engine price on eBay).

I sold my 89 V 18 back in 09. It was really clean and I got $4000. In my opinion it was better looking than that boat, minus the engine.

Wife: Sell that boat!
Husband: I have it listed, but no one is calling.
Wife:Let me see the ad.
Husband: Here it is Honey...I am doing my best to get rid of the thing...
