Anyone know the best way to get my boat off its tailer while its in the garage? Jacks? some sort of hoist? can it be supported by bow-eye? I am sure someone here has done this before

I just bought this boat for $600 on ebay. I think it is a v20 but not sure. The guy I bought it from has no clue what it is or what year. Anyway, I am pretty sure it is a v20, just not sure on the year hoping someone could help me out? I am looking forward to a great project for the summer...
