Went out today from Belmar headed south found bait and fish. No snag and drop today all wire line.Bunker spoons shad umbrellas stretch 29 etc. Seventy feet of water worked for us.I guess by the weekend they will be further south.No short fish all were good fish.Finished up by 8:00AM.

All I could say is check the internet and see all the boats and picture's of stripers caught exactly where it was mentioned in this thread. I am going tomorrow hoping for the same action!

Tomorrow looks like it will be not so bad along the beach! The good thing is they had em good today big fish too. If its not for you, stick your nose out and see you could always turn around we all did that. Good Luck

I had my neighbors son out fishing yesterday. He started fishing with a live bunker he snagged and dropped back. It took about fifteen minutes as he said I think I got something. Well I was just as happy as him to see his first striper measure out at 42". Thank God he caught a good one...

Yes sir went the right way, today I went solo got their at 5:15 AM. Only to get greeted by fog. Thank God for radar. Found fish that were hungry and managed to get my two keepers. Left in a couple of hours,drove thru some rain but got home at 12:30 noon.Back to deer hunting!:sun:
