    PVC pipe inside the hull?

    Its the drain you need it unless you re-locate or install a new belge up front for the Cuddy etc...Here is a picture of mine when I pulled the tank and replaced it a few years back during my restoration. I use swimming pool foam flotation to suspend the Tank and then pour in marine close cell...

    A number of things can prevent it from working, However ask the same shop to look at it, maybe a loose connection, bad switch or relays.

    don't make this mistake

    Ouch , thank God all is well and no one got hurt. As a backup I use a heavy duty bungee cord to secure mine, my biggest fear was if it falls off during my trailering trip and wreck havoc on the road. I now know it can cause damage on the water also. Thanks for this tip I will now make it a habit...

    PM me your address, I will mail up to you... Remember to wipe the Deck with Acetone just before the shoot you are looking for a good bond here, the acetone wiped or brush down is the key..Buy your Acetone from Lowes or Home Depot cheaper by far ....

    Yes I did use the same Gun with the 2.0 mm tip just back the volume adjuster all the way out.. As for the first coat it will be tacky not to be walked on or exposed to dust etc..Note I shot mine in one pass thick about 30mls , since its the deck and no concern about orange peel or fish eyes it...

    Don't roll it, spray it its easy use a cheap HLVP spray gun with a 2mm tip to shoot it. The steps you mentioned is perfect non wax first, then waxed on the final shoot. You then use the same gun and shoot glass beads generously into the wet gel it sets perfectly. Here is picture of my deck done...

    I did not wanted to jack the previous tread so I am posting here, My Hull is an 1984 V20 Cuddy, the floor looks 100% original. There is NO FOAM anywhere, I did check...What am I missing?
