Good questions Brad. Yes the transom is 20 inches they recommend the jack plate, as for the prop and water pickup I have no idea. I will update you once I get the boat hopefully later this week. They told me they have to water test and prop as necessary on the lake.

Thanks Guy's I will post pictures of it on the water once they are done, I was out of the water since 2011, unbelievable took awhile to get my life back together after a series of events. Looking for to the future and happy days on the water again.
