    hello i was wondering if anyone knows for sure if the floorboard area in front of the drain hole in the bilge area is suitable for screwing down a bilge pump. it feels solid, but i want to make sure. i had a piece of starboard secured down with 5200 and it keeps coming off no matter how i clean...

    repaired fuel tank and live bait hatch lid.

    not done with that part yet, i installed a bilge blower with a inlet vent on the port side of the tank. the blower attached to the rear right side of transom. i have to make a hole for the vent on outlet side of blower. my tank is sitting a little higher than before and i don't want to use...

    i replaced the plywood under the lids with 3/4 in marine plywood, and fiberglass it with 1.5 matted fiberglass. followed by a layer of 1078. my question is should it be just painted or a gelcoat layer brushed on? any advice would be appreciated. jet,
