1' to 2 ' chop, wind out of the S today, about 85*. no himidity...enough chop to keep the hull up out of the water. 3 kids, 2 semi-adults, about 15 beers, 20 gallons fuel....50 on GPS
That was the best thing I have seen during this whole campaign!!
I was more of an Obama hater than a Romney lover, Romney REALLY impressed me last night!
It must porpoise with to much weight, or not be propped right....that boat should be way over 50mph. I have a bud who has an old 150 Merc on an 18,and he is at 55mph.
I have a 2.4 200 on my V20 and I have seen 53 mph on GPS
Last boat I painted was my old inboard Mako. Its been about 6 years ago now. I shot the hull with Imron and used 2 part Interlux Perfection on topsides and tower. Both products were easy to use and the finished product turned out great!

^^^^^^^^^^^^^Oh man that would be the way to go!!! There was a guy the other day selling twin tower of power Mariners( same thing) for CHEAP on ClassicMako.com
To go OB on a bracket you would need to get a 'floatation' bracket and not just a bracket that sets the engine back. This will help distribute the weight at rest and while up to speed....it actually acts like a hull extension to a point.
The link for craigslist doesnt work, but I have a late...
