its hard to tell from the photos but I rounded all sharp corners and wrapped in glass, no air under the glass in the corners at all. since those pics I have sanded and filled all rough spots. ready for gelcoat, I'll probably roll on a few coats tomorrow after work! worked on the cooler insert...

my ignition wires consist of 2 black, 2 purple, one grey...
