I couldn't remember which one it was. I looked on a map cause I kinda remember where in general it was. Probably could of just went back to the thread for the original get together. That walk was Michele's bright idea after way too many drinks. Lol!
I went out this morning too. I ended up off island beach by the governor's mansion. I trolled up a few just barely keepers and one good one. 37". Took a good beating all the way back up the beach.
That's a cool shot of my boat. Water flying everywhere. Next time I'll have to get a little closer. What a beautiful day. Good weather, good sea conditions,great fishing. So many boats out there that it looked like a weekend in July.
Oh wow that sucks. I have been told by quite a few people that the stripers are active throughout the marina at night. I went out Sunday most of the day and didn't get anything either. I talked to a few people that got a fish here and there but it's very sketchy. I hope it gets more consistent soon.
I too love my boat. I can't think of another boat that can run around a choppy bay through really skinny water to get to the perfect sand bar to hang out on and have a few beers and burgers. Then the next day go out in the ocean to go fishing and handle it like a champ. And mine being a buddy...
the difference between Boat US and Sea Tow in short form is that Sea Tow gets all their membership money upfront. We at Boat US don't get paid till we tow you. Bottom line... We WANT to tow you they will do anything they can to not tow you. Obviously you should go with whoever locally is better...

I was out yesterday too. Headed south down the bay to the lighthouse. Did the same thing. Pushed the tabs down and put the V to work. I had the wife on board so I was cruising a little slower than I would if it was just me but it still impresses me.
