Take the carp whole, (do not fillet or skin) and nail it to a 2" x 6" piece of wood approximately 2' long. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake for approximately 30 minutes. Take the carp off of the board and throw away the carp. Now eat the board. This is the only way to eat Carp. :D

So as most of you know I have an 84' I/O with a 470 mercruiser original motor. bimini and enclosure (that I was going to replace this winter) and a single axle trailer (that I was going to replace with a Dual axle). boat is in good shape, little oil leak (oil pan gasket or crankshaft seal)...

SO IS IT BETTER TO STORE THE BOAT FOR THE WINTER WITH A FULL TANK OF GAS OR AN EMPTY TANK?
