Did you cut the bow rail for the install? Also, looks like you have a boarding ladder up there on the bow, never seen that before.

Update on the Etec - I ended up taking it to a shop not too far from here that works on Etec - none of the other local shops will touch them. I just got a call today that it was ready to pick up. I asked what was the issue? He read it off to me and basically the tech just re-primed the oil...

Maybe not related to the leak, but check to make sure the vent is clear. My guess is, since over filled, some leaked out around the connection to the tank where you checked (and dissipated?) , OR maybe not a good seal where the fill hose connects to the fill itself and some crept in. Although...
