Thanks to Spareparts diagnosed and repaired starter and starter solenoid problem on my 96 Evinrude 200.And replaced the leaking top valve and gasket on my primer solenoid. No more leaks. Starts right up now, here's the problem. Engine will not get to idle speed, even after blowing the fogging...

When I closed up for the winter had this thing doing a slight drip of fuel that seemed to be coming from the little gasket area or somewhere near there when I primed the engine and even after it ran a little. I think by looking at it, it might have something to do with my choke and or fuel/oil...
