Kindy's have got worse, Dialysis has gotten worse! Came home Friday to frozen pipes, heat tape burned out. Got new tape and thawed pipes to fine 3 leaks!! Fixed them but then water main shut off broke, park came down to fix but the pipe to the street rotted, so they had to dig down 4 feet under...
