No. I've used it all day without any issues. It sat for a few days and when I started it up the pump was bad. I just had it replaced again and will have it back in the water tomorrow. Hopefully it was just a bad pump.

Anyone know why a new fuel pump would go bad? I just had it replaced a month ago. Could I have some bad gas that ruins the fuel pump after 15 gallons of use? I had a new filter (replaced the entire filter assembly) installed when I replaced the pump last month.

Well Greene, I got the boat up to 50mph today. Though it was on the friggin trailer! My fuel pump just went. Second time in a month. Very frustrating, especially before the holiday.

I don't know for sure if this is ethanol related, but also change the metal housing that the Racor filter screws into every few years. I recently changed my fuel lines, and I replace my Racor filter every year, but I just had a fuel issue because that metal housing corroded. I keep a full tank...

Blue - just read this thread and the other on the floor removal to access the tank. What happened? Did you have a fuel issue? Clogged? I ask because I have the same boat and I just had a fuel issue myself - though it looks like the fuel pump on my engine just went.

I am VERY biased, but the value of the V21s really depends on who you are targeting as buyer. If you compare the functionality of a V21 with other boats on the market, these boats aren't worth 10K (assuming an older engine) - comparing size, power, speed, handling, deck space, etc for a 15+...
