Well the engine rebuild is gradually coming together...decided on a pro comp street performance aluminum head. Water hose nipple is being fitted and welded in now and head assembled and fitted. Next issue is going from old log style manifold to newer style aluminum w/ a 45 deg. riser outlet...

Good deal James...I feel sure you will be happy. I know I struggled with the same questions after all it is quite a chunk of coin. If you do a lot of bass type of fishing I think there is a wireless foot control available that would be nice.

James... the I pilot worked out great. Pulls the V surprisingly good, once in a tidal creek with strong headwind and swift outgoing tide could not gain ground but other wise does very good, also love the anchor lock feature.

12x12 probably larger than necessary... but got a good deal in a new old set of Bennett hydraulics. Only takes a touch.

38 on the gps is the best I have seen with 2 people and full fuel. Probably could have eeked out a couple more mph playing with trim. The 190 hp version and different prop should do a little more.
