    MPG chart.

My offshore trolling trips cover an average of 110-130 miles. With a 200 hp 2-stroke I burn a very consistent 1.8 miles to the gallon. Given winds, current, and seas, there are so many variables to try and calculate from charts. I find the conditions are my speedometer more than anything else...

    powder coat experiences?

My t-top is powder coated, I bought it that way about 10 years ago. It is still in excellent condition. I also had my jack plate powder coated. With that said my t-top came off a scarab and is 2" aluminum tubing, very stout. The powder coated told me flex is the downfall of powder coat and...

    soft floor

It's a bad design. The wood is a structural component. The foam will never dry out. I had my entire top pulled off and out of the weather and 3 months later it was still sopping wet. You will probably find heavy pitting in your fuel tank on the underside if you pull it out. Aeromarine has great...

    1978 V20 CC Rebuild

I bought big box and have been trading out each time I go to west Marine. I probably will pay 5 times more over time but it's just easier given I am doing 3 screws here, 8 bolts there every few months but it's frustrating nonetheless.

    Your Evinrude E-Tech experience

I can't wait for the day I don't have to give my motor a bulb pumping/choking hand job every time I take the cold start challenge! I have zero doubt she will go, its just a matter of how many times it'll cough/gag/spit until its built up enough heat to purr.

    Your Evinrude E-Tech experience

When I sit on my *** watching boats go by my patio in the Florida Keys, a high number of boats have E-Tecs. I would say those boats are in the harshest environment in the U.S. and I would think with year-round boating more hours than anywhere else. I think it boils down to this when it comes...

Here is one on another boat not quite as large, if memory serves me correctly Orion has its locker at the desk.

    Bayliss 84...Holy MOLY!

I followed the construction of this boat. There were pictures that have since been taken down but behind the headboard is a full compliment of weapons from pistols to semiautomatic rifles. At the push of a button those panels opened to reveal those weapons. Very impressive!

    V20 Cuddy rebuild costs

I think I paid $4200 for a rebuilt 200 HP Evinrude Ocean Pro. I would think a good ball park number on my restoration was around $7 grand not including the motor. I did a fair amount of trailer work as well.

need some guidance. stringers & transom

You can absolutely use divynicell in the stringers, especially if you could get it in the full sheets. The cheapest place I found to purchase it cuts the 4'x8' sheets into 2'x4' sections to reduce shipping costs. You will just have to find a layup schedule that will compensate for the loss of...
