Does any one have any ideas to buy, build or replace the side rod holders that are recessed in the boat??

Hardware I just bought the replacement parts online @ JD distibuters in Rhode Island. Quick ship and looks brand newafter replacing the rails.

If this is an i/outboard there is an adjustment process you must go through to guarantee forward neutral and reverse when installing the outdrive, it may be as simple as this. If the boat has been maintained and is clean, chances are someone rushed the out drive re-install
