    Is the PM working?

I've replied to a few PM's and never received a reply to my PM. Also the my sent message folded never shows any messages ever being sent. Anyone else having issues? Happy Labor Day weekend. Everyone have fun and be safe. PS Keep an eye on Irma. Ventusky.com shows it coming close to NJ/NY...

Anyone else see this on THT?

Looks very nice. Gotta have some deep pockets though. Kind of has that V 20 bow flair. http://www.thehulltruth.com/boat-commercial-classifieds-marine-services/814346-2017-north-rip-21-demo-sale.html

Anyone ever make a run to Bimini?

Just for winter discussion has anyone ever run a V 20 to Bimini? I know there is a member on THT that has run his 23' Wellcraft over many times. Would you do it given the chance? This is on my bucket list. Not sure if I would do it on a V 20 but I will do it.

Can you see through your clear vinyl?

Been thinking about this idea for awhile. Are any of the members here on V20 interested in getting their front panel clear vinyl replaced? I can swap in new 30 gauge rolled double polished clear vinyl using 138 Bonded Dabond thread for $150.00. This will include shipping back to you. Few...

    made new seat cushions

I spend a few hours knocking out a few cushions for the captains chair on the V. I used Allsport 4 way stretch vinyl for covering and 1" gym mat for the foam coring. I didn't think they would be very comfortable but they are awesome. My back is in pretty bad shape due to my years of doing the...

Want to take a ride on a 35' Viking?

My good friend just bought a 35' Viking in CT. He is a big fan of the V 20 and he is the reason I purchased one. (he actually owns my old V). We brought the Viking home to New Bedford from Westbrook CT on Monday 11-16. What a beautiful boat with a great ride. Click on the link if you would like...

    It's ALIVE!

After sitting for many years.......it alive! Click on the picture...... Still have lots to do but getting there. The lower unit on this thing is a Bi#ch to get off and on. I basically had to beat it off with wedges. I was pretty close to cutting it off and buying a replacement.

    Old member.....new boat!

We just picked up this 1991 V 20. She is a lake boat with no bottom paint. Transom is solid but both deck hatches need coring. Hull has typical bumps and bruises. Bimini needs repair. 175 Mariner looks almost new. Compression is even across. I'm going to do a water pump, thermostats and carb...

    Anybody running a 115hp on a V20

Just came across a V with a 2004 115 Yamaha 4 stroke. Can anyone give me an idea what cruise and WOT should be with 115hp? Usually it's just me and my wife on the boat. I would prefer a 150 but 2004 115 Yamaha is certainly interesting especially after replaced the trim motor on a 1992 50 hp...

    Questions about a 1977 V20

Ok guys we are thinking about looking at a 1977 V 20. We had a 1987 at one point. What would be the major differences between the 1987 and 1977? Any input good or bad? We have a vacation booked in Port Charlotte for next spring (canal home) if we purchase this boat we will be more then...

    Thought I would share this.

Karen and went down to Moby Dicks to do some work on the boat yesterday. When we pulled in we spotted this beautiful V20. We spoke with the owner. He did most of the work himself. I think he said it took him about a year to complete. Paint was sprayed using Alwgrip. SIMPLE UNBELIEVABLE!!!
