Hey guys. Anyone ever use a chemical stripper to remove several layers of anti fouling paint? or would you still recommend sanding? I want to get it off the best way and then i am going to paint it with non antifouling.

I was looking around at engines and there seems to be an awful lot of suzuki outboards for sale around me. They also seem to be much much cheaper then other engines. Is this just a coincidence or are they not durable outboards?

I found this engine on ebay. I thought it was a pretty good price if you could make sure it was in good shape. The guy sold it to a non paying bidder for 1000$ but it was never picked up...

HI Does anyone know how much seacast I would need to fill my v20 transom. Also, if i want to raise my transom in the center from 20" to 25" can I build a waxed wood form to pour the seacast in for the last 5". Thank you in advance for any suggestions.
