last friday we went out for about 6 hours and found an awesome little sandy beach in a quite little cove, great day, great tunes, great beer, and great women. What else do yo need? Enjoy.

well last trip did not go so well, we were having problem with the boat stalling under load. so we put a whole new coil, switched the points to electronic ignition and put a brand new rebuilt carb on the boat and she did awesome!!! here are some pics from the trip, enjoy.

should there be oil in the upper bellow? i took the front hose clamp off to look at it and oil came out but it looked more like dirty engine oil not clean stearn drive oil.

well we took the boat out yesterday and had a great 2hours and for some reason it started to do exactly what its was doing 10years ago. the boat will start fine in neutral, but as soon as you put it into drive or put a load on the engine it will stall out. has anyone had this problem before?

So the foam under my engine hack is gone gone gone, and i get it, it is 30 years old, so have some of you i/o guys done to replace it? what material have you used? im thinking of the dyna-mat stuff they use for sound reduction in car trunks. any advice will help, thanks!

its been a few weeks now but i was finally able to snap a few pics of the boat today on my day off. she is getting really close, head gaskets are done, water pump, spark plugs, starter, carb rebuilt, distributor rebuilt, oh yeah teak redone. she is a 79 305 I/O enjoy....

The carburetor number is 17057292 and it is a model 4MC,4MV does anyone have this carb? I guess when im asking is that mine is soaking right now and if it is to far gone is there another replacement that i could pick up on ebay that i wouldn't have to retro fit? Will any 4barrel carb work as...
