I was trying to guess what the name of this creature was,but it's not an Aqua Step but an Aqua Lift. I will try to get pics of it soon,but from the rear,it has the "steps" just like the V20. Sorry for the mistake.

I think I saw this on the forum somewhere before. I was just given a Glastron "Aqua Step" boat. The reason;to get yet ANOTHER motor,outdrive trim pump,ect for my '71 Step V. It has a hull that looks very similar to the Wellcraft. I thought I read about it here but a search provided no results...

The Maryland DNR has this V20 for sale: http://www.dnr.state.md.us/auction/bidoffersheet032806_2829.asp It is a 1976 with outboard.

How fast do you 165 guys get? I have clocked 42 mph on several occasions on my GPS. I am getting ready to put a Doel fin on her.

I thought that Ray Hunt designed the hull for the V20. I looked up the patent number and it seems that Harry Schoell was the guy who has the patent for the V20. The patent number is 3117544. The link is here: http://www.schoellmarine.com/innovations.htm Look under "longitudinal steps hull"...

I want to rewire but would like to get a new wiring harness. Where do I go to get one? I want a new harness for the trim/tilt motor as well.
